Enrolment options

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in troubleshooting and providing support in the field of personal, business, enterprise & SOHO computers at the Tier 1 & 2 help desk level. Upon course completion participants will be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve IT problems and build their understanding on a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security. Participants will also understand the fundamentals of basic scripting, desktop imaging, deployment, and virtualization. CompTIA A+ is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles and supports the ability to connect users to the data they need to do their jobs regardless of the devices being used. Participants will also be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ certification exams.  In addition to hard skills, participants will strengthen critical life and business skills to make sound decisions and set personal goals preparing themselves for mobility in the workplace.
